Math Contest in Gaborone
The Mathematical Association of Botswana is organizing a mathematical contest for secondary school students which will be held on 11th February, 2017. The event is open to all registered learners in public or private schools in Botswana.
The contest is part of the preliminary preparations for the 2017 Pan African Mathematics Olympiad (in Morocco) and the International Mathematical Olympiad (in Brazil) in July 2017. Successful students will be eligible for a series of contests leading to the section of the best six (6) students to represent Botswana at the two international competitions.
